What is Data Duped?
It is when data is used in a way that is inappropriate, misleading or just plain wrong. People can use data in all sorts of ways to influence others, interpret observations, and shift the balance of a decision. Sometimes people do this knowingly, the deliberate dupers, other times it is just the result of poor data or insufficient skill to process the information in a way that is useful.
